The Music
Ex-Tempore is an elaboration of electronic music, harp, voice and free-improvisation, creating a blend of immediacy and sound. As much about re-inventing context as it is about the immediacy of musical expression, ex-tempore creates something that straddles the line between avant-garde and traditional; ambient and folk music. The sonic palette is not only in the sound of their music but in the live interplay between musicians who play o each other and craft a unique sound from the fabric of the moment.

The Band
Aurelia has worked to push the limits of harp and voice through her original works taking hold of jazz, improvisation, and pop music as well as accompanying herself on harps she builds herself. Truly a master in her own right, she lends an undeniably unique musical texture to whatever she touches.
Jon Trout is infatuated by the in nite possibilities of electronic music as phase, frequency,
time and space all become mutable at an atomic level. Jon started his musical journey playing the blues but applies that unique style of musicianship he learned to a new electronic music context in free improvisation with Ex-Tempore.
